Upload what you already have — an X-ray, a photo, a quote from your own dentist. Within one working day a coordinator prices the treatment, adds the flights, the nights and the second trip, and a dentist checks every clinical line before it reaches you.
Still deciding whether to do this at all? Start with the honest version of that question — the estimate will still be here.
Not a brochure and not a number in an email. Six parts, the same six every time, so it can be compared against anything else you are looking at.
Every procedure on its own line, with the FDI tooth number, so you can hold it against any other quote you get.
The single most useful column in dentistry. Two identical figures often cover different fractions of the same job; ours says which.
Flights from your nearest airport, nights, transfers, and the second trip most implant work needs. This is where the headline price usually stops and the real cost carries on.
Two figures, low and high, with what would push you towards each. A single number for work nobody has examined yet is a promise, not an estimate.
The questions to put to any clinic, chosen for your case: the register entry, who actually operates, what the guarantee covers when you are 2,000 km away.
If what you sent suggests you should be examined at home first, we write that. It is the least commercial sentence we can write and the reason the rest is worth reading.
What it is not. It is a costing, not a diagnosis and not a treatment plan. Nobody can plan your treatment from a photograph — that needs an examination, in a chair. What a written estimate can do is tell you what the work would cost, what the trip would cost, and which questions to ask before you commit to either.
Before your estimate exists, here is the ground it stands on: published figures we read ourselves, with the date we read them and what each one actually covers.

Read on 2026-08-15. These are the providers’ own published figures, not ours and not an average — an average of published prices is a number nobody published. Your estimate uses the same discipline: every figure in it can be traced to something with a name and a date. Compare the destinations in full.
Not an auto-reply. Four steps, three of them done by a person, and the last one is the one that decides whether the rest is worth anything.
Your files are encrypted the moment they arrive and stored in the EU. Nobody outside the team can open them, and no clinic sees them unless you ticked the box.
Reads your X-ray next to what you wrote and builds the list of procedures a case like yours normally needs — with the FDI numbers, so it can be checked.
Prices each line from the published lists we keep and date-check, then costs the trip: flights from your airport, nights, transfers, and the second visit.
Checks every clinical sentence in it. Nothing about your teeth reaches you without a dentist having read and approved it — that rule has no exceptions and no fast path.
If the working day is nearly up and a dentist has not been able to look properly, you get a message saying so rather than a rushed number. A deadline we keep by lowering the standard is not a deadline worth advertising.
Sending a medical image to strangers on the internet is a reasonable thing to hesitate about. Here is what happens to it, in plain terms.
No. You get the estimate by email and one follow-up if you do not reply. Nobody rings unless you ask for a call or leave a number and tell us to use it.
The coordinator working on your estimate and the dentist who checks it. Clinics see it only if you ticked that box — and that tick is optional and does not delay anything.
Encrypted, on servers in the EU, on the same terms as patient records. Not on a marketing platform and not on anything outside the EU.
Ask, and it is deleted. If you never come back to us, it is deleted automatically after six months — a file belonging to someone who did not become a patient has no reason to sit on our disks.
Including the ones that are awkward for us to answer.
It is free and there is no obligation. We make money when someone decides to travel and we coordinate the treatment — which only happens if the estimate was honest enough to be worth trusting. An estimate written to win you over would cost us the only thing this business runs on.
Yes. Say so on the second step and we work from what you describe, with a wider range and a clear note about what would narrow it. Plenty of people start here precisely because they have not been to a dentist in years.
We can tell you the cheapest published figures, and we will. But the total that matters includes flights, nights, a second trip and what happens if something needs fixing after you fly home — and on that total the cheapest headline is often not the cheapest outcome.
The estimate lists what a case like yours normally involves, and a dentist checks it before it goes out. If your files do not support a procedure, it does not go on the list. What we cannot do is confirm what you need without an examination — and we will say that rather than pad the total.
Send it. Reading someone else's quote is one of the most useful things we do: what it bundles, what it leaves out, what the guarantee covers, and what the same work costs elsewhere on comparable terms.
One working day, counted in working hours — a Friday evening enquiry is answered by the end of Monday, not on Sunday afternoon. Your confirmation screen shows the exact time we have committed to.
You are not committing to a trip, a clinic or a call. You are finding out what the thing actually costs, from people who write down where every figure came from.
